FUNNY THINGS: SKATE MOSS

Surfing on the web I have found this super funny idea: Skate Moss... and I am not joking!

"This thing started by accident, mispronouncing 'Skate Moss'," writes Jeff Gaudinet on his amazing Skate Moss Tumblr. "So I decided to create this useless / pointless platform." I think he meant useful and pointed.

It's funny and original and I am asking if someday/someone will really realize these branded skateboards; I think it will be a huge success (I will buy as a decorative piece!)

Navigando come solito in giro per il web ho trovato questo tumblr troppo divertente: Skate Moss. Devo ammettere che inizialmente credevo fosse reale, che davvero fosse possibile acquistare questi skateboards personalizzati e divertenti ma invece... è solo frutto dell'estro creativo di Jeff Gaudinet che - pronunciando per sbaglio il cognome della top - ha avuto questa strana idea.

Ed ecco che nasce questa piattaforma di immagini. Quello che mi chiedo è se un giorno qualcuno deciderà di metterla in pratica e commercializzare questi articoli.

Io lo comprerei al volo come oggetto d'arredo. E voi???

Summarizing my week-end: crossfit with my sister (yes it's my new addiction now), walking around Milan thanks to a beautiful sunny day, rock mood party and jogging under the rain.

Riassumere in poche foto il mio week-end: dopo aver fatto tardi Venerdì sera (rock mood Party) ho trovato comunque le forze di presentarmi a crossfit con mia sorella al mattino (è ufficialmente la mia nuova ossessione), è seguito un bel giro in centro (non avrei potuto fare di meglio vista la bellissima giornata), cena e ancora jogging il mattino dopo.
E voi cos'avete fatto?

SPORTY MOOD

Sneakers and sporty mood are 2 real trends at the moment: you can see a lot of stylist, fashionistas and normal people wearing sneakers instead of ballerinas or heels, everyone go to the gym and show their sporty mood.
Sporty is fashion, this is the new trend.

Sneakers e mood sportivo/comodo sono il trend del momento: credo che tutti, navigando su internet soprattutto tra siti di street style, avrete notato come tantissime stylist, bloggers, fashioniste e non solo, indossino sempre più spesso sneakers (spesso con abiti eleganti) al posto do tacchi o ballerine.
Tutte/i vanno in palestra, si fotografano mentre si dedicano al fitness e mostrano look sportivi sempre più fashion e curati. La tendenza del momento sembra proprio quella di dare un tocco "sporty" al proprio outfit.
Sporty mood è fashion? Secondo me sì ed eccovi la mia interpretazione.

Movie stars and magazine covers go hand in hand, but according to new numbers from the Alliance For Audited Media, some of the best newsstand sale numbers for 2012 belong to musicians and supermodels.
For example, Lady Gaga's September cover of Vogue was the title's best-selling issue of 2012. Gwen Stefani was Harper's Bazaar's best-seller in September.
At the low end, Kim Kardashian and her sisters Kourtney and Khloé failed to deliver high sales for Glamour, and Vogue's Olympic-themed June cover — starring athletes Hope Solo, Ryan Lochte, and Serena Williams — was the title's worst-selling issue of the year.
It seems to be the new magazine trend and not only for fashion one as per Brooke Shield's cover of Architectural Digest was also a hit on the newsstand.

Star del cinema, della TV e della musica sono il nuovo trend nelle copertine sui giornali e sembra abbiano spodestato la numerosa schiera di top model.

Per citarne qualche nome, Vogue - settembre  - con Lady Gaga protagonista è stato il magazine  più venduto del 2012 (sarà un caso?), seguito da Gwen Stefani in cover su Harper Bazaar.

Non possiamo dimenticare il trio Kardashian che di copertine ne regala tante quasi quanti i giorni dell’anno, da Glamour a Vogue .

Questa tendenza non riguarda solo le riviste di moda ma anche quelle di architettura e design,  come testimonia Brooke Shield sulla cover di Architectural Digest -  un successo nelle vendite.

MERCANTE IN FIERA - VINTAGE EXHIBITION

Another amazing day visiting Mercante in Fiera, a vintage exhibition in Parma. As you already know, I am a huge fan of vintage (not only clothes and bags but also furniture) and also this time I would have bought everything!
One of my purchase has been this amazing Gucci backpack designed by Tom Ford in 1990.
I fell in love with its "tiffany" color and its bamboo detail. Do you like it?

Immancabile anche questa volta, la mia visita al Mercante in Fiera - mostra vintage - di Parma. Come ormai avrete avuto modo di capire sono una fanatica del vintage, non solo abiti e borse ma anche arredamento e gioielli; se potessi comprerei tutto!
Tra gli acquisti, non posso non mostrarvi il mio zainetto di Gucci - anni '90 epoca Tom Ford - nel color tiffany, me ne sono innamorata subito: che ve ne pare? Vi piace?

Today I decided to wear my favorite black coat from Normaluisa. I bought this coat for my Graduation and so it 's a very special piece in my closet.

Oggi ho recuperato dall'armadio il mio cappotto nero preferito - di Normaluisa. Ha un significato un pò speciale dato che l'ho comprato per il giorno della mia Laurea.
