PLACE TO BE: NEW YORK Day.2

NY è una città che ho nel cuore, un pò perchè ci ho vissuto, un pò perchè me ne sono innamorata fin da subito, fatto sta che quando sono qui non mi sento per niente una turista, ma sono perfettamente integrata e mi sento parte di lei.                                                                                                            
E così, anche se per lavoro, questo breve soggiorno nella Big Apple è stato magico.

NY is one of my favorite City (probably only after LA), because I used to live there for a while and  I immediately fell in love with HER, anyway the fact is that when I am here I do not feel like a tourist but I am perfectly integrated, I feel part of HER!

And so, even for working, this short stay in the Big Apple has been magical!

Passare davanti a Bergdorf e trovare l'essenza, l'esatta sintesi del mio blog in questa divertentissima installazione mi aveva subito rallegrato la giornata (lo so l'avete già vista) o nella copertina di un libro.

L'immancabile visita al Met per la mostra che celebra 2 icone della moda - Prada (Miuccia sei per me il GENIO indiscusso) e Schiapparelli - che purtroppo non posso documentare visto che scattare foto era proibito.

You HAVE TO visit Met exhibition dedicated to Miuccia Prada and Elsa Schiapparelli, 2 Italian real genius in the fashion world (unfortunatly photos are forbidden), called "Impossible Conversation", where their works and masterpieces are compared in order to see all the similarities between these two fashion Icons.

Una passeggiata fino al Village e un paio di cene fuori con i vecchi amici...

Going for a walk up to the Village to see some friends and a couple of dinners with them...

Che bella che sei NY, è sempre così dura abbandonarti... ma mi consola il fatto che molto presto ritornerò...

You are so beautiful NY, it so always so hard to leave you... but I will come back very soon (and this comforts myself!)
